Abstract
The Eusko Ikaskuntza-Basque Studies Society Cuadernos de Sección (Section Notebooks) were created in 1982, as a serial publication to divulge the research and field projects carried out by the researchers of the different Scientific Sections. They also include monographic issues on specialised subject matters. The notebooks are intended for people coming from scientific research, universities and other institutions interested in the corresponding subject matters. Each series is governed by their own Editorial Team. The first Cuadernos de Sección. Antropología-Etnografía is published in 1982. The first thirteen issues (1982-1995) were pulished under this denomination. As from issue number 14 (1997) their name was changed to Zainak. Cuadernos de Antropología-Etnografía. Subsequently, as of 2012 the magazine Zainak. Cuadernos de Antropología-Etnografía is published under the OJS system in a digital format and items can be read and downloaded free.

The authors will retain their copyright and guarantee the journal the right of first publication of their work, which will be simultaneously subject to the Creative Commons license that allows third parties to share the work as long as its authorship, the first publication in this journal and any changes made.
